Radif · The internal operations platform for law firms
Your matters have dockets. Your trust has a ledger. Your own requests have… a hallway. Radif gives every internal request what your firm gives every client: a number, a record, and an answer to “who has this?”
The living record
Filed at 9:02. Approved by the partner at 11:36. In accounting’s queue by 11:41. Done by 2:20, and not one email asked “who has this?” That question died at 9:02, the moment the request got a number.

Time the answer. If it takes under a minute, close this tab. You don’t need us. If it takes a walk down the hallway, two forwarded emails and a shrug: you’ve been paying for Radif for years. You just haven’t been getting it.

What Radif runs

Six standard types, custom forms, attachments. And a tracking number the moment it's filed.
Threshold rule: $5,000 and above routes to the managing partner.
Thresholds, chains, pools. First to act clears it, not the other way around.

Accounting stops mining inboxes and starts working a list. Nothing missing.

Append-only, timestamped, attributed. The record your practice review actually wants.

Turnaround, workload, exports. Before it sees you.
Ready when your firm is.
Security

Firm-level isolation at the data layer. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Append-only history that nobody, including us, can quietly edit.
We’d rather lose a sale than blur this line:
Radif does not hold client funds and does not replace your trust accounting system. It runs the workflow and the record around them.
Firm-level isolation, applied to every request
Data resides in Canada
Instant offboarding at the data layer
Immutable audit history
Private documents, expiring links
Encrypted in transit and at rest

Radif is a web-based internal operations platform for law firms. Staff submit internal requests such as expense reimbursements and cheque requisitions, the requests route through your firm's approval rules, and the accounting team processes them from one queue, with every action recorded in a permanent audit history.
Law firms. Managing partners, firm controllers, office managers, legal operations and accounting teams use Radif to replace email threads and spreadsheets for internal approvals. Radif is built Canada-first, with an initial focus on British Columbia.
Six standard types ship ready to use: expense reimbursements, cheque requisitions, trust cheques, trust deposits, trust transfers and general requests. Firms can also add their own custom request types.
Rules decide where every request goes: amount thresholds, per-type rules, multi-step approval chains, approver pools where the first to act clears it, and automatic reassignment. Every request clears its full approval chain before accounting acts.
Every approved request lands in one accounting queue for the whole firm. Accounting can assign requests, request more information from the submitter, and mark them complete, and reports show turnaround, workload and bottlenecks with CSV export.
Yes. Every submission, approval, assignment and completion is recorded with the person and the time. The history is append-only: records cannot be edited or deleted in Radif, and that is enforced at the database layer, not just in the interface.
It moves to the accounting queue, where it is assigned an owner, processed and marked complete. Each of those steps is recorded in the request's history, and the submitter can see the request's owner and status the whole way through.
Yes. Accounting can request more information on any request; the exchange is recorded in the request's history and the submitter is notified by email, so the follow-up never disappears into an inbox.
Yes. The six standard types ship ready to use, every plan includes one custom type configured with you at onboarding, and on Professional and Business your admins edit any form themselves: fields, rules, dropdowns and conditional logic, with versioning and a live preview.
Your data and documents are stored encrypted in Canada, on managed, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, with each firm's data kept separated from every other firm's. A full list of the service providers we rely on is available on request. If your firm has another residency requirement, contact us before signup so we can confirm whether Radif can meet it. See our Security page for more.
Every firm's data is separated at the data layer, so queries from one firm can never reach another firm's records, and we verify that isolation with adversarial tests. Access ends at the data layer the moment a user is offboarded.
Documents live in private storage, encrypted in transit and at rest, and are served through expiring links rather than public URLs. Access is enforced server-side based on the user's role and firm.
No. Radif manages the workflow and records around trust-related requests, such as trust cheques, deposits and transfers, but it is not the trust accounting system of record and does not receive, hold, transfer or control client funds.
No. Radif works alongside the systems your firm already uses. It manages the request, approval and audit workflow that usually lives in email, and leaves accounting and practice management to your existing software.
No. Radif runs in the browser and works alongside whatever your firm already uses. There is nothing to install and no dependency on Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Power Automate.
Under an hour. Sign up, invite your team, assign roles and set your approval rules, from a single approver per type to multi-step chains. No implementation project, no consultants.
Every plan includes one custom request type configured with you at onboarding. On Professional and Business, onboarding is guided: we set up your forms and approval routing with you.
No. Pricing is per firm, not per user. Plans are based on active users: Starter at $99 per month includes up to 10, Professional at $249 includes up to 40, Business at $449 includes up to 100, and Enterprise covers firms with 101 or more.
Anyone at your firm who can sign in to Radif. Deactivated users do not count toward your plan's limit, so people who leave the firm free up their seat.
There is no free trial; instead, every plan carries a 10-day money-back guarantee from your first payment, so your firm can evaluate Radif with real requests and walk away with a full refund if it does not fit.
No. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your billing location. Canadian customers may be charged GST/HST and applicable provincial sales taxes.
Yes. Plans are monthly. Before you pay, your agreement will state the cancellation, access, export and retention terms that apply to your firm.
